Delivery Information

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Shipping Options and Costs

    • Domestic (Australia):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    International:

    • Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery is around 1-2 weeks.

    Customs and Duties

    • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    • While we work with trusted carriers, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@vanillabeanbaby.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

    Returns Information

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks or hair accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact our team at hello@vanillabeanbaby.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item(s).
    3. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s).
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges

    • At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you’ve received an item that is faulty or incorrect, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at hello@vanillabeanbaby.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.

    Additional Notes

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.
